Testing

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) recommend every person is tested for HIV at least once in their life. People who think they might be at higher risk for HIV should be tested at least once per year. Persons at higher risk include gay or bisexual men who have sex with men and transgender women who have sex without a condom, people who share needles, people with HIV-positive partners, and people who do not know the HIV-status of their partner(s).
